The major areas are organizational effectiveness/development activities and functions, administrative activities, and planning/actions to meet outside requests/suspenses/requirements in support of the F-35 Program. Candidate shall assist in organizational effectiveness/development activities and functions to include strategic planning, quality initiatives, re-organizational planning and others as identified by the 640th AESS Leadership. Such activities may include planning and execution of high-level meetings, off-sites, development of documents, and attendance at specialized, high level meetings or other activities as determined by the Squadron Leadership. Candidate shall assist with organizational management, such as planning and forecasting F-35 program manpower requirements, building tracking systems for current and forecast manpower, tracking current personnel, correlating manpower/personnel, tracking inbound/outbound personnel, and tracking necessary personnel actions.
