Job Description

Provide management analysis, administrative, and CAG support for the F-35 JPO at WPAFB. The major areas are organizational effectiveness/development activities and functions, administrative activities, and planning/actions to meet outside requests/suspenses/requirements in support of the F-35 Program. Candidate shall assist in organizational effectiveness/development activities and functions to include strategic planning, quality initiatives, re-organizational planning and others as identified by the 640th AESS Leadership. Such activities may include planning and execution of high-level meetings, off-sites, development of documents, and attendance at specialized, high level meetings or other activities as determined by the Squadron Leadership. Candidate shall assist with organizational management, such as planning and forecasting F-35 program manpower requirements, building tracking systems for current and forecast manpower, tracking current personnel, correlating manpower/personnel, tracking inbound/outbound personnel, and tracking necessary personnel actions.
 

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree preffered with 15 years of military or civil service experince in CAG or executive support environment.  Prior Military (First Sergeant) or previous Commander's/Director's Action Group or other government experience.
